About Our Client
Our client is one of the most well-established non-profit organisations with strong brand name in Hong Kong. They are looking for a figurehead to oversee their fund-raising and donor relations activities.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, this individual will be leading a team of 20+ staff to derive the fundraising strategies for corporate and institutional donors - ranging from family office, foundation, corporate to wealthy individuals. You are required to constantly communicate on the latest development and progresses of different programs while ensuring that there has been a proper stewardship and effective donation mechanism in place.On the mass scale at individual donor level, you are also required to lead the team of marketing and digital specialists to plan on a number of CRM and marketing campaigns so as to engage the individual donors at mass scale so as to increase the supporters stickiness on their overall mission.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should ideally be familiar with the high net-worth and institutional/corporate market landscape in Hong Kong with proven track record to engage the community and "sell" in a structured and professional manner.Prior b2c marketing background at some stages of career will also be a plus given that part of the focus is to launch different marketing campaigns to the general public. Previous experience working in NGO/education/public services sector will be a big plus (but not a must) but you should be able to demonstrate your passion to contribute to the broader community. Excellent writing skills are required.
