Job Description

Global Real Estate Experience

  • Manage and optimize a global real estate portfolio across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, North America, India, and more).
  • Lead lease negotiations, landlord relationships, site selection, and property transactions in international markets.
  • Oversee construction, fit-outs, and development projects across various countries.
  • Create and manage global real estate budgets, capital plans, occupancy costs, and long‑term strategic planning.



Facilities Management Experience

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for corporate offices across multiple countries.
  • Manage cleaning, security, food services, transportation, and workplace services vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and local regulatory requirements globally.
  • Lead and develop on‑site facilities teams and manage relationships with key internal and external partners.



Security Operations

  • Oversee physical security operations, including guard services and site-level safety protocols.
  • Manage security vendor contracts and ensure consistent standards across global locations.



Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a global workplace and real estate strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and other functions to optimize the global office footprint.

  • Has a proven track record of hands-on facilities management, overseeing daily operations, workplace services, and vendor performance.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in lease negotiation, construction oversight, and portfolio strategy across diverse markets.
  • Has led security operations or worked closely with security vendors to maintain safe, compliant work environments.
  • Is a strategic thinker who can design and execute long-term real estate and workplace strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Excels at cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Finance, Procurement, HR, and senior leadership.
  • Brings strong team leadership skills, having managed global or multi‑site facilities and real estate teams.
  • Is comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments, health & safety standards, and regional compliance requirements.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, particularly one undergoing organizational transformation or a major spin‑off.
  • Is detail-oriented, financially savvy, and confident managing large budgets, capital projects, and operational performance globally.
