Job Description

  • Participate in the formulation of core strategy planning for user growth, understand the underlying logic and methodology of user growth.
  • With an in-depth understanding of user acquisition, market launch, and marketing, explore internal and external user acquisition methods and channels, and collaborate with product teams to increase new and daily active users
  • Grasp the industry trends in a timely manner, pay attention to the growth strategies of different industries, input effective new trend information for the team

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience Japanese Internet-related industry
  • Project experience from 0 to 1 is preferred
  • Successful user growth case experience, strong business planning and strategic thinking ability;
  • Fluent Japanese and English
