Our client is an international established and growing player in luxury shopping destinations by seeking out originality, high level of service and exceeding expectations.

Job Description

The ambition is to further improve the levels of service and hospitality, particularly the guest facing aspect to ensure a premium luxury experience at all times. In achieving so, the Head of Hospitality will drive future business and add guest value by developing and driving strategy together with an established team.


  • Manage all service providers: Apartments incl. Private Client experience, Concierge / Hosts and transport;
  • Ensure Private Client experience is of the highest standard, while improving guest acquisition engagement and retention to drive sales;
  • Develop strong and profitable relationships with Brands;
  • Support business initiatives such as brand events, partnerships etc;
  • Monitor retail sales and profit targets and deliver accordingly to maximize performance;
  • Demonstrate sustainability and environmental responsibility by embedding it throughout all processes.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years of related experience in hospitality sector with a strong commercial acumen, real people management skills and ability to deliver at a strategic level.


  • Transformational leadership and ability to undertake critical analysis in order to drive crucial decisions;
  • Capacity and willingness to both be operational and strategical when required;
  • Interest in and knowledge of the local area specificities;
  • Acting as a strong people manager;
  • Collaborate across multi-functional teams (internal/external stakeholder's management);
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
