Job Description

Directly reporting to the Chairman, professional will be accountable for:

  • Acting as the strategic business partner to the Chairman for all HR topics via giving guidance to the whole leadership team
  • Designing and implementing HR policies, strategies for the organisation and leading the implementation of the new HR system with hands-on approach
  • Ensuring the effective execution of recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management, compensation & benefits management, budget management, training and development, and career management processes
  • Managing the continuous development/improvement of HR processes/system
  • Managing, developing and coaching team members

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree from reputable universities, master degree is a plus
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience gained in human resources function (recruitment, talent management, employer branding, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, leadership development)
  • Background working within well-established organisations coupled with establishing HR policy, procedures, systems, processes, guidelines in parallel with country regulations is a must
  • Renewable, EPC market background would bring important advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Analytic, proactive, result-oriented and adaptable
  • Fluency in English
