About Our Client
This is a leadership role with an international MedTech company that has been consistently registering double digit growth in Asia Pacific and with strong focus around sustainability and DEI initiatives. Due to internal mobility, there is now an opportunity for an experienced HR business partner to take the helm for Southeast Asia region.
Job Description
This position will interact directly with the business leaders, providing guidance in the full spectrum of strategic HR topics across talent management, engagement, change management and process improvement, supported by HR colleagues in HR Shared Services and COE functions in a highly matrixed and fast paced environment across international cultures.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, the individual should ideally have more than 10 years of relevant HR business partnering experience in MNCs, possessing a strategic mindset with the ability to execute, and demonstrating finesses in partnering senior leaders within the business. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster partnership with COE while driving for results for HR operational efficiency.
