Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Identify and manage supplier risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee vendor performance and establish improvement plans where necessary.
  • Optimise procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the procurement and supply chain team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Indirect Sourcing Management should have:
