Job Description
● Create and optimize our sales processes for the efficiency and conversion of the sales funnel;
● Define and monitor KPIs;
● Manage and influence all sales operations to achieve business goals;
● Collaborate and influence partner and cross-functional areas;
● Manage daily sales targets and operational SLAs;
● Organize and lead weekly results follow-up meetings;
● Identify improvement needs and guide the team to action plans;
● Collaboratively interact and influence everyone around you;
● Own the results and present them to QuintoAndar's stakeholders and leadership in an objective manner;
The Successful Applicant
● Have extensive experience in the commercial or sales area, therefore, also be comfortable with sales funnels;
● Good analytical skills to understand where we have opportunities for improvement;
● Enjoy and have consolidated experience in managing people and building high performance teams;
● Favorable to a dynamic routine and having weekly goals;
● Have resilience and easy adaptability to work in an environment with many changes;
● Be motivated by challenges and seek to achieve excellence;
