Job Description

  • Strengthen existing institutional client network and build new client relationships the UK and Europe
  • Promote and distribute China equity Research, Trading and Corporate Access products to QFII/RQFII institutional investors in the region
  • Drive revenue growth bringing in new client business
  • Produce and execute marketing and sales plan targeting the growth of institutional Investors client base and increased awareness of the firm's branding, products and services by institutional investors
  • Work closely with the internal parties (Sales Trading, Legal and Compliance, Products, Operations departments etc.) in order to provide world class sales and client services
  • Organise and participate in roadshows, corporate meetings and other investor events in the region

The Successful Applicant

  • Considerable experience in Asian equity (including China equity) sales
  • Solid understanding of China equity market and the QFII/RQFII schemes
  • Strong network of trust-based relationship with senior executives within the institutional investor community in the region
  • Excellent client management skills and an ability to execute from sales pitching to client on boarding
  • Team player, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
