Interested applicants are encouraged to get in touch with us for a confidential discussion.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute comprehensive plans to meet growth targets by managing international outreach efforts.Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, asset managers, and private banks across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, Thailand, and beyond.Contribute to strategic planning by analyzing business prospects, track record, and market position to create effective approaches.Foster relationships with key partners.Understand international markets and customer needs.Develop products that meet client needs.Prioritize growth opportunities and create targeted plans for potential partners.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and keep them informed.Monitor competitors and report on developments.Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of meetings and events.Attend networking events to build a pipeline of potential partners.Oversee the creation of marketing materials for international stakeholders.Assist in crafting public messaging to enhance growth opportunities.Document interactions using a CRM system to manage pipelines and communicate internally.The Successful ApplicantAt least 15 years of experience in business development or fundraising for an investment firm.Proven success in securing investments from institutional investors, family offices, asset managers, and private banks.Extensive experience in business development with institutional investors in international markets, with a deep understanding of the investment management industry.Strong familiarity with investment products, particularly equity funds and ETFs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
