Job Description

Our client is looking for a seasoned Head to lead their Investment Advisory team in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering bespoke investment solutions to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Family Offices, and Institutional Investors across Asia, EMEA, and Europe. The ideal candidate will combine deep multi-asset investment expertise with strong leadership and client advisory skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Portfolio Strategy & Management

  • Design and manage advisory mandates and centralized investment portfolios.
  • Drive strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions.
  • Oversee portfolio rebalancing and risk management processes.



Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Provide holistic investment advice across asset classes, including public and private markets.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis.



Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage and mentor a team of advisory professionals in Singapore.



Innovation & Technology

  • Integrate advanced portfolio management systems (e.g., Aladdin, Avaloq) to optimize risk monitoring and reporting.
  • Champion ESG and sustainability integration in investment solutions.



Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and best practices in investment processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 20+ years in investment advisory, portfolio management, and private banking.
  • Expertise in multi-asset investments, risk management, and macro-driven strategies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems.
