Job Description

  • Implementation and further development of the IR strategy
  • Planning, organizing and driving forward IR tasks
  • Management of the IR presentation and media releases for financial results
  • Organization of investor roadshows and presentations together with brokers
  • Close interaction with covering analysts
  • Acquisition of new investor groups
  • Cooperation with SIX Swiss Exchange and other regulatory authorities
  • Oversee IR database
  • Market monitoring of performance, reputation and general trends
  • Planning, budgeting and regular performance reviews of IR tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Good knowledge of capital markets and financial analysis
  • Several years of experience in Investor Relations, analyst or investor activity
  • Sound knowledge of business administration
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Analytic and conceptual skills
  • Competent, convincing and rhetorically skilled appearance vis-a-vis investors and analysts
  • High level of social competence
  • High ability to work under pressure
  • Diplomatic and constructive
  • Proactive, professional and service oriented
  • Fluent in English. Other languages a plus
