Job Description

  • Define and implement strategies to drive growth in the Energy & Natural Resources sector in Italy.
  • Oversee operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control for the department.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance its presence in the market.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's global strategy and sustainability goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Italy should have:

  • Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of Italian and international energy markets and regulations.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies in a competitive market.
