Job Description

You will provide legal support, including transactional M&A and advisory to stakeholders. You will also get involved in the commercial sides of the business as required.

The Successful Applicant

A strong law firm background, particularly in M&A and Debt Restructuring.

At least 5 years of Law Firm experience, 13-15 years of experience in total.

Prior experience in a holding company is a big plus. A candidate that has a passion in business understanding.

High level of independence and ownership of the job.
