Job Description

  • Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy across 10 markets through effective leadership of team and stakeholders
  • Build and manage best-in-class B2B Marketing/demand gen programs and optimisation of Lead to Opportunity funnel
  • Develop thought leadership and content that will reinforce credibility, practices, and capabilities
  • Drive country-level 'always-on' marketing activities including marketing toolkit and marketing calendar working with Country Directors and in-country marketers
  • Ensure the right representation at industry events and awards
  • Make sure there is a high degree of visibility in the relevant forums and media channels
  • Position the business to be part of industry rankings and relevant awards to increase brand visibility and credibility
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of branding/ marketing activities to ensure it drives business performance/growth and attracts talent

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or marketing (MBA is a plus)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with passion for customers, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • At least 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years of inside sales/marketing/brand leadership experience across APAC region
  • Strong track record in demand gen programs and optimisation of lead to opportunity funnel
  • Strong collaborator with business leaders and understand business needs
  • Strong ability to influence and drive results through collaboration with cross functional/ country teams
  • Proven track record in attracting, managing & developing talent
