The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years B2C marketing leadership experience, within ecommerce/digital a major plus
  • Relationship builder who intuitively knows how to gain trust of business owners, colleagues and customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent analytical skills always measuring ROI of campaigns, optimizing and learning from mistakes.
  • Strong presentation skills - enjoy presenting in front of peers, clients and at events
  • Experienced in a well known B2C FMCG brands especially from beauty or personal care category and has successfully grown a brand in China market.
  • Experienced in talking to print, online and broadcast media, managing PR agencies and gaining trust and credibility through targeted PR
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing, social media, content marketing and PR
  • Ability to juggle multiple objectives, projects and tasks, while sticking to tight deadlines
  • Open to new ideas and methods of working, and great at getting feedback and responding to it
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate the global offices
