Job Description

This role drives health and wellbeing strategies with a strong focus on business impact, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across a complex, fast-paced organization.

Employee Health & Wellbeing

  • Design and lead programs that foster physical and mental health in the workplace.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize health risks, including ergonomic and fatigue management.
  • Coordinate vaccination and health campaigns as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and best practices.



Clinical Support & Emergency Readiness

  • Manage relationships with internal and external health service providers.
  • Maintain robust emergency response plans and first-aid training programs.
  • Guide employees in accessing mental health resources and chronic disease support.
  • Oversee case management with healthcare providers and insurers.



Absence & Return-to-Work Management

  • Partner with HR and managers to manage sickness absence and reintegration plans.
  • Analyze health data to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
  • Advise on fitness-for-work and workplace accommodations.



Strategic Program Delivery

  • Adapt global health strategies to local needs and execute annual plans.
  • Track and report program outcomes, refining approaches for maximum impact.



Collaboration & Training

  • Engage stakeholders across HR, leadership, and safety teams to embed health into operations.
  • Deliver training and guidance on health-related topics to managers and employees.

The Successful Applicant

  • Licensed medical professional with expertise in Occupational Health, Public Health, or related fields, or equivalent experience in health and wellbeing leadership within FMCG or large-scale organizations
  • 10+ years of experience in health management or corporate wellbeing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of mental health, ergonomics, and clinical health systems.
  • Proven ability to implement global programs locally.
  • Data-driven mindset for cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English to effectively engage local teams and global stakeholders.
