Head of Business Unit to lead and scale a newly established BU, with full responsibility for strategy, commercial development, and P&L performance. The role requires a business leader with experience in industrial or electrical sectors

Job Description



  • Define and execute the strategy and business plan for the new Business Unit


  • Lead the development and growth of the BU from an early-stage phase


  • Identify and develop new markets, customers, and applications


  • Manage P&L responsibility, budgeting, and performance targets


  • Work closely with R&D, operations, and sales to ensure successful product and solution deployment


  • Build and lead a dedicated team, fostering a performance-driven culture


  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs


  • Report directly to Top Management, providing regular updates on progress and results



The Successful Applicant





  • Background in electrical, automation, energy, or related sectors


  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability


  • Solid commercial and financial acumen (P&L ownership)


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills


  • Fluency in Italian and English
