Job Description

  • Leading the Go-To-Market strategy to increase revenue across the partner network.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for partner acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating with the C-suite to align partnership strategy with overall business goals.
  • Sign large strategic partnerships and work with commercial and account management teams to successfully launch them,
  • Overseeing the creation of partnership proposals and agreements.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Monitoring and analysing partnership performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the partnerships team across the UK, Europe and US markets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of New Enterprise Partnerships should have:

  • Strong experience in strategic partnership roles, particularly within the FinTech industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding commercial, communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.
  • Proven experience of being a successful individual contributor through signing enterprise partnerships.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and business growth.
