About Our Client
Our client is an international organization providing SEO and SEM services. We are supporting them in hiring the best talent for a position in the marketing department. The person in the role will act as Head of Organic Growth - by focusing on identifying market needs, proposing, evaluating and implementing activities in cooperation with teams in different parts of the world.
We are seeking candidates with a strong track record in project management coupled with experience in organic growth.
You will have your office in Warsaw, but 60-80% of the role is related to traveling to various European countries.
Job Description
- Execute organic strategy across company portfolio of 26 businesses in 7 different markets
- Take responsibility for scoping, phasing, and rolling out company strategy
- Identify opportunities and best practices and through growth hacking and hypothesis testing, determine when and where to scale
- Building and maintaining relationships with teams in individual countries - becoming a partner supporting and enforcing business activities
- Maximising the use of user experience to create and ideal product and improve sales processes
- Sales support, range extension, and conversion increase
- Analysis of the results
The Successful Applicant
- Degree level education (IT, Communication or Marketing)
- Previous experience as a growth manager is a must
- 5+ years of experience with SEO and/or content marketing
- Strong skills in growth hacking, project management, and stakeholder management - this will be pivotal in aligning external and internal stakeholders in multiple locations in different countries
- Work experience with OKRs and squads and perhaps as part of a portfolio of digital businesses or markets where you tried prioritizing and best practice sharing is strongly preferred
- Analytical mindset
- Expert knowledge in technical, on-site, and content SEO is a must
- Skilled user of google analytics
- Fluent in English (C1 level is a minimum)
