This role will provide expert and influential leadership on all People and Culture matters, ensuring alignment with the organisation's overall strategy.Organisational Redesign: Lead initiatives that align the people function with strategic goals and vision, fostering a culture of accountability and integrityTalent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process to attract high-quality talent and standardise onboarding practices to improve engagement and retentionHRIS Optimisation: Ensure the effective use of Employment Hero by mapping out best practices and enhancing HR processesOperational Focus: Prioritise operational efficiency and stability, with a view to developing long-term strategic plans once the function is stabilisedLeadership Development: Build leadership capability to enhance team performance and foster a positive and accountable workplace cultureEmployee Relations Expertise: Provide guidance on workers' compensation and industrial relations, supporting risk mitigation across the organisationThe Successful ApplicantThis role requires someone with a minimum of 7 years experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare or aged care sectors. You will also need to hold a current police clearance, valid WA drivers license and full working rights in Australia.
