About Our Client

Our client is market leading luxury retail group with strategic offices based out of Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Korea. The company is now expanding their business and adding new headcounts to their business. They are looking for a Head of Planning (Regional) to join their young and dynamic team.

Job Description

  • Reporting to the C-Suite
  • Oversee end to end supply chain, including strategic planning and execution of the overall Supply Chain activities for Asia markets including Demand Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Merchandising Planning & Process Improvement so as to achieve company objectives and enhance the profitable growth.
  • Provide analytic report to identify risks and opportunities
  • Monitor inventory level and production & shipment schedule to meet financial working capital target, sales target and write off rate.
  • Continuous improvement on the current process to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations
  • Develop and regularly review SOPs to ensure business compliance with global operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Business, Supply Chain & Logistics Management or Economics
  • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience working within different Supply Chain functions within an MNC environment, retail experience is preferable
  • Experienced leader in leading sizeable and growing teams in the region
  • Strong commercial business mindset, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaker
