  • Oversee the procurement team, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.
  • Analyse procurement data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Head of Procurement should have:

  • 10+ years proven experience in procurement, specifically within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain operations and market dynamics.
  • A track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A relevant bachelors degree or professional qualification in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
