About Our Client
Our client is an international insurance company. They plan to offer a broader set of products and services than currently in Europe and beyond. We are helping them set up this new business line and a hub in Poland that will lead and supervise this expansion. This remote role can be located here or in another country in Europe.
Job Description
- While working closely with the Board - create the product portfolio offered across Europe and beyond
- Design concepts of products that will be offered in Europe and beyond
- Help start up and build the new business line
- Engage with other teams to successfully launch to market
- Work individually in a hands-on capacity
- The role has the potential to manage a team, in time
The Successful Applicant
- Several years of experience in product development in an insurance company
- Track record in operating on an international level across various geographies - in a regional or global role
- Managerial experience will be an asset
- Seniority that will enable you to interact at many levels of the organisation
- Pro-activeness and can-do attitude
- Fluency in English is a must
