A well established and fast growing top tier Payments Technology business who are set up with leading edge Tech and are well positioned to expand into and acquire new customers as well as develop the customer product proposition and offer a more developed suite of services.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering solutions in an international online payments or e-commerce environment, with a focus on continuous process improvement. Reporting into the CPO.

Your role will be to....

  • Create product strategy for new features and offerings based on internal discussion, client demand, data, and market research
  • Convert this product strategy into a prioritized product road-map and partner with the Technology department to drive execution of that road-map
  • Communicate product strategy and capabilities to our commercial organization via training and assisting in client calls/visits
  • Lead a Product organization of xx employees dispersed geographically, and at varying levels of seniority
  • Build out Product Management best practice processes and Agile methodology to streamline product delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships across all functions to ensure an end-to-end approach to product delivery to identify any potential barriers to launch and to get the quickest time to market
  • Participate in all aspects of the product development life-cycle, from definition through deployment and support
  • Communicate progress and other items of importance across the organization and to our Senior Leadership Team

The Successful Applicant

We would like you to bring.....

  • Proven track record leading and managing a Product function within the payments industry and ideally has worked in a PSP (Payment Service Provider)
  • Success building an international payments gateway platform
  • Proven success in bringing products to market, within deadline and budget
  • Keen understanding of the payments technology industry and its current developments, challenges and opportunities, as well as deeper payments knowledge across one or more: APMs (Alternative Payment Methods), OTT, DCB (Direct Carrier Billing) and E-commerce payment services
  • Previous success building internationally viable products across diverse regions, such as LATAM and/or APAC
  • Proven relationship building skills and success full collaboration experience with Technology departments
  • Ability to lead projects and establish effective working relationships across a multiple geographies and cultures
  • Advocacy of Agile methodology and understanding of how to implement its best practices within a product organization
  • Collaborative orientation and exceptional communication skills
