This role will define and drive the QA strategy, automation, and compliance processes across multiple regions, ensuring product reliability and regulatory alignment, reporting directly to the CTO.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute the global QA strategy aligned with product, engineering, and regulatory objectives. Build and scale quality processes that support rapid product iteration while maintaining high reliability.
* Team Management & Organization Design:
Lead, mentor, and grow a global QA team (~200 professionals) across multiple functions: manual QA, automation, performance, security, and compliance testing. Optimize team structure for speed, coverage, and scalability.
* Quality Engineering & Automation:
Drive adoption of modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD practices, and quality engineering metrics across all products and services.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large, distributed QA teams.
* Proven success in QA for financial services, high-frequency trading platforms, or other mission-critical real-time systems.
* Deep understanding of test automation, CI/CD pipelines, performance engineering, and architectures.
* Strong familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001) and QA's role in regulated environments.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational change management skills.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
