Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing RRQA's Initial Risk Assessment with FAD Controllers - Regulatory Reporting Group
  • Responsible for preparing and updating RRQA's 3 year assessment plans for the FBO/BHC regulatory reports (e.g., FR Y9C, FFIEC 009/a, FFIEC 102, FFIEC 002/s, FFIEC 019, FR Y-15, FR 2900/2915) with your staffs in coordination with Group Head of P&C and Co-Head of RRQA (2052a/Liquidity);
  • Responsible for performing quality review of staffs and consultant's work products/deliverables under your supervision/direction;
  • Assist in implementing issue management process with Group Head of P&C and P&C Issue Management Team Lead to provide periodic updates to various cross functional program governance teams for overall reporting, tracking and monitoring of observations/findings;
  • Responsible for managing and reporting of all observations and findings as well as remediation status to Group Head of P&C, including liaising with various cross functional program governance teams for overall reporting, tracking and monitoring of observations/findings;
  • Responsible for the renewal, revision, and approval of RRQA Department Policy and Procedures;
  • Responsible for preparing RRQA Year-End Final Report with Co-Head of RRQA (2052a/Liquidity) for Group Head of P&C;
  • Assist Group Head of P&C to perform special reviews related to internal control and/or regulatory reporting matters where needed;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business/governance/data governance and IT stakeholders in order to identify additional areas of risk and procuring their help in solving complex issues;
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with Internal and External Examiners in order to ensure that the RRQA assessments are executed in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Advise Management in all matters and issues related to regulatory reporting;
