Job Description

  • Oversee the entire rental lifecycle: availability, pricing strategy, marketing, property viewings, legal contracts, KYC, check-in/check-out, villa preparation, damage assessments, dispute resolution, and deposit returns.
  • Ensure that all company operations consistently maintain and deliver a 5-star standard of service and presentation across all touchpoints, including all client-facing teams.
  • Promote upselling of services and ensure all billing and reporting are accurately updated in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Lead a cross-functional team.
  • Ensure compliance with local rental laws, tax regulations (VAT), and licensing requirements.
  • Personally handle exceptional client requests when necessary, especially during peak seasons.



The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Law, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of previous experience in property management or similar roles.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of lease contracts, real estate legislation, and financial management is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, real estate management software).
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make autonomous decisions
