Head of Retail Banking and Credit Card Operations
About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest banks in the region and strong investment in their retail banking business as well as their technology platform.
Managing a team of 30ppl, you will be responsible for their retail banking and credit card operations. You will establish their operational procedures with strong control framework in place. You will ensure the policies and procedures comply with the requirements of the international card associations. You will adopt the best practice in the industry and implement an effective operational model for the growing business. You will be responsible for managing the credit card operations, call center operations and providing a strong leadership for these functions.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a university graduate with at least 10 years of retail banking and card operations experience. You will have hands on knowledge in banking operations and related control issues. Previous managerial experience is a must. Proficiency in English and Chinese is expected.
