About Our Client
This is an exciting opportunity to join a start up in the electromechanics technology sector.
This position is responsible of creating and promoting strategic alliances with business partners, KPI's definition, contributing to new business development initiatives, budget management, building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals and growing/developing the in-house marketing team.
The Successful Applicant
+15 years of general experience in Sales & Marketing areas ideally in the electronics, automotive or manufacturing, sectors (having worked in a T1, T2 is highly recommended)
A hands on sales leader, with a lot of focus on team development and client relationship
Strong P&L management skills with emphasis on growth, revenue and income generation.
Manages complexity. Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problem
Interpersonal savvy. Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
MBA strongly preferred
