About Our Client

Our Client is a global player in chemical industry for which we are looking for a HEAD OF SALES for their growth objective in CONSUMER (FOOD; COSMETICS/PERSONAL CARE; DETERGENT INGREDIENTS) department.

Job Description

Being responsible for supervising sales teams

Implementation and change management of sales strategy

Coaching and motivating sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeted sales goals

Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans.

Involving in pricing, monitoring costs, analyzing market and competition.

As the key technical advisor and product advocate, she/he must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

The Successful Applicant

BA Degree in Relevant Field.

Strong experience in ingredients sector, especially in food, personal care.

Strong team management and sales background.

Fluent English
