About Our Client
Our client is an international insurance company. They plan to offer a broader set of products and services than currently in Europe and beyond. We are helping them set up this new business line and a hub in Poland that will lead and supervise this expansion. This remote role can be located here or in another country in Europe or the UK.
Job Description
- Together with the Board - shape the strategy of the new business line
- Prepare business, market and competition analyses in relation to the launch and periodically
- Analyse the market and trends in Europe and beyond
- Help start up and build the new business line
- Engage with other teams to successfully launch to market
- Work individually in a hands-on capacity
- The role has the potential to manage a team, in time
The Successful Applicant
- Several years of experience in an in-house or consulting team focused on strategy and analytic
- Experience with insurance products
- Track record in operating on an international level across various geographies - in a regional or global role
- Ability and eagerness to work in a hands-on capacity from day one
- Managerial experience will be an asset
- Seniority that will enable you to interact at many levels of the organisation
- Pro-activeness and can-do attitude
- Fluency in English is a must
