About Our Client
Our client is a renowned conglomerate with strong footprint in Asia - predominantly in leisure and entertainment industry.
Now they are looking for a strategist and solid people leader that can break the silos between the rest of business to drive the business forward.
Reporting to the CEO of its leisure and entertainment business, you will be tasked to lead the overall business operation in South East Asia with evolving business/product portfolio. Being the leader of a sizeable business operation team that is very well-established and well-resourced, your primary task is to be able to bring the business operation team to next level by setting the appropriate customer strategies and initiatives, enhancing the customer experience across various touch-points, developing best practice and business protocols to ensure high services quality and most importantly bridging the silos by acting a a true business partners to other teams like sales, marketing, digital and product team etc - with ultimate goal to drive business revenue.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a creative leader who is entrepreneurial, commercially savvy, strategic with helicopter views and out-of-box ideas. You should be from industries like media entertainment, hospitality and leisure and tourism with great understanding about consumer behaviour. Ideally you should be at capacity of strategy/product management/customer experience function ideally coupled with some operational background (or understanding). Prior management consultancy firm training will be a big plus.
