Job Description
- Assuming the role of Head of Strategy and deputising the CEO in advising the leadership team, board and founders on future strategy and directions
- Contribute digital/technology transformation knowledge and expertise on a large corporate scale as the main advisor and strategist of digital financial services for the entire group
- In collaboration with a team of experienced C-Suite from different business lines within the consortium/conglomerate in laying strong business commercial and governance framework for future growth and scaleability of the digital banking/digital insurance businesses
- Identify synergies across the conglomerate/consortium, at group-level to bridge the various profitable and consistently well performing businesses/revenue streams of all the diversified business lines
- Leveraging on the resources and other expertise of the entire consortium for success of the digital banking/digital insurance business
- Stakeholder management (internal and external) including regulatory relationship management and business partnering with other division heads to advise on digital/tech transformation strategy and implementation
- Project management in ensuring overall success strategic initiatives including potentially assuming executive leadership position within the company
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated track record in top tier strategic consultancy firms is COMPULSORY
- Professionals with experience within top tier consultancy firms plus internal corporate strategy/leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Insurance, Insuretech, Banking, Deposit taking, Payments, Lending, Transactions, Financing or Fintech experience is an ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Prior involvement (whether directly or indirectly - including driving digital/technology transformation initiatives) aimed at balancing scaleability, business growth and operational excellence
- Excellent track record in ensuring success of large scale growth, scaling up and transformation projects
