Job Description
The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for driving change and improvements across the business to consumer and business to business routes to market. This will include implementing and improving SIOP and category management processes across both channels. As part of the leadership team you will influence and drive change via the operations, customer service and warehousing and logistics functions.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven Supply Chain Management leadership experience within a challenging, service based, retail, distribution or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of SIOP and Category Management implementation and improvement
- Experience of designing and implementing national supply chain solutions from the 'ground up', including 3PL warehousing and logistics
- Experience of national, multi-site, multi-channel (branch, mobile, online) distribution environments, ideally retail and B2B/wholesale
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Advanced influencing and communication skills
