Job Description

  • Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sustainability is embedded across all supply chain processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against sustainability metrics and compliance standards.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of procurement activities.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing practices to promote ethical and sustainable partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards for sustainability.
  • Analyse data to report on sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives across the organisation and represent the company in external forums.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sustainability Operations and Procurement should have:

  • A strong background in procurement and operations within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in implementing sustainability strategies within complex, highly regulated organisations.
  • Deep understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
