About Our Client

The client is an established manufacturer and retailer with a strong brand, selling online to a global customer base. Located in London, this role will lead an international team.

Job Description

The role will lead all enterprise systems for this retail organisation. This will include digital systems (ecommerce and web sales), business systems including ERP, and engineering systems (PLM, CAD). It is essential that the successful candidate have experience in most of these areas.

The role will take ownership of the systems strategy for the business and will lead the investment strategy for enterprise technology. The team will also be responsible for all internal customer support, service and escalation.

The Successful Applicant

A systems leader with familiarity with digital ecosystems and platforms is needed, as is an ability to deal with senior stakeholders proactively in an engaging manner.

Candidates will ideally have worked with engineering, digital and business systems, supporting an enterprise function. We are looking for leaders who have managed managers, and who can inspire a talented team.The ideal candidate will be working for, or have recently worked in the retail sector, and past experience in an engineering related business would be hugely advantageous.

This role is London office based.

What's on Offer

A salary of between £95,000 and £105,000 and a company car allowance, and leadership benefits package
