Our client is a leading healthcare provider supporting adults living with a range of complex needs.

Job Description

  • Develop robust and sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans/strategies
  • Design, plan and execute colleague branding activities
  • Further develop colleague referral programs
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide colleague hiring forecast
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (i.e. interviews, assessment centres, screening calls, administering of psychometric B tests.)
  • Reviews applications and background check reports
  • Find and resolve bottlenecks in the recruiting process and hard to fill roles
  • Perform candidate and colleague satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Suggest measures for improving colleague retention using data including Great with Talent
  • Lead, line manage and oversee members of the recruitment team
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Create and present KPI reports
  • In collaboration with recruiting managers takes responsibility for the recruitment, selection and induction process for new colleagues, ensuring consistent and professional recruitment tools, incorporating up to date legislative requirements
  • Ensure talent pipeline meets on-going business needs and predicted growth
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with protocol and policy ensuring that effective screening is carried out for all management level applicants
  • Maintenance of other associated systems with timely data, reporting and updating of key stakeholders
  • Continual Improvement of the Recruitment Service
  • Support the recruiting managers through the end to end process as required providing them with guidance and support on a full range of recruitment activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment) in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to recruitment management throughout the Company.
  • Research and benchmark best practice ideas to continually improve the levels of the service provided
  • Ensure excellent customer service for stakeholders and applicants; update regularly and timely with progress and inform of outcomes and decisions

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be highly experienced talent acquisition leader with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. You will have experience of using assessment centres and relevant psychometrics and be able to devise an effective digital social media strategy to attract the best talent in the market.
