About Our Client

Our client is an international Italian group leader in the food service industry.

Job Description

The new resource will also be Project Manager for the roles mapping project, job descriptions, conducts and competences analysis, continuously coordinating with an external partner, and will then follow the internal integration and ensure the continuity during the post-delivery phase.

In accordance with Group policies, the resource will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Development area of the HR function, focusing particularly on issues related to recruiting, training and development;
  • Act as Project Manager for the internal management and implementation of the roles mapping project, job description, competency and conducts analysis;
  • Act as an interface for the external consulting partner, Group management and all the managers involved in the project;
  • Ensure the success of the project and the continuity in the post-delivery phase;
  • Be responsible for the recruiting process, from planning hires, choosing recruitment channels, supporting line managers in interviews to selecting and negotiating the offer for key Group roles;
  • Drawing up the staff development plan in order to enhance resources skills, organising training and courses;
  • Ensure a clear and effective level of communication with other functions on development and training plans;
  • Plan interventions to improve performances;
  • Create career plans and manage internal and international mobility;
  • Define compensation strategy, coordinating with the management team, implementing the annual salary review process;
  • Operational management of incentive plans (MBO, collective awards etc.);
  • Develop a performance management and performance evaluation process, career and succession planning, talent management plan;
  • Contribute to the definition of a new talent development strategy in accordance to Group vision and strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culture;
  • Proven experience in managerial roles within the perimeter of the HR function dedicated to talent development, ideally gained within complex companies in the services industry;
  • Solid experience in Processes and Organisational and leading change management processes required;
  • Experience in international contexts will be an asset;
  • Proven leadership skills and authority acquired while consolidating managerial roles;
  • Analytic, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Results-oriented attitude;
  • Fluency in the Italian and English languages is required. Will be positively valued the additional knowledge of French and/or Spanish.
