Head of Technical Business Excellence

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

You will support the leadership with establishing and improving business processes and will provide technical leadership to a team of engineers to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objects, including developing and sustaining robust process controls, process optimisation, and full-scale new product on-boarding. You will be responsible for evaluating new technologies, equipment, and business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and competitiveness.

• Business processes - develops and improves business processes across functional and department. Takes lead on project management.
• Full scale product on-boarding - develops, owns, and sustains full scale new product on-boarding process. Ensures full collaboration with cross-functional teams, R&D, PD, Quality, Operations, and supply chain to deliver products repeatability, compliance, and optimised manufacturability.
• Process improvement and standardization - identifies and executes opportunities for process standardization, improvement, cost reduction, and optimization. Oversees process controls, deviations, and troubleshooting in collaboration with operations and quality departments
• Risk and Change Management - Participates in change management program to identify technical risks. Leads change management initiatives that requires process adjustments and controls
• Customer support - provides support to commercial and quality teams in customer interactions, on-boarding new products, solving customer claims, and establishing specification and defining process capabilities
• Leadership - to a team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship ensuring high performance and development
