Job Description
- Establishing forecasts and meeting staffing needs
- Manage and Optimize costs for onboarding / supply activities
- Standardization, optimization and roll-out of processes
- Project Management of strategic improvements and pushes
- Launch initiatives to remove inefficiencies and redundancies within local processes
- Setting and meeting performance targets for speed / efficiency and quality
- Ownership of cost / budget implications
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years relevant experience
- Analytical and process driven with a good eye for detail
- Excellent communication - able to iterate ideas and solutions to the various stakeholders
- Growth mindset
- Fluency in English
