HR Advisor, APAC (1 Yr contract)

About Our Client

Our client is an international MNC specializing in athletic shoes, apparels and sports equipment. With strong growth in APAC and a rapidly growing team in Japan, they are keen on expanding their HR team to support employees in key countries, further ensuring holistic performance for the company.

This role is based in Singapore, remote working is strongly supported. As part of the APAC HR Advisory Team, the HR Advisor will partner cross functionally to execute key customer service strategies for employees' queries on HR Policies/ Processes.

Job Description

  • Lead contact inquiry improvement projects and key global HR initiatives
  • Be the first point-of-contact for all employees' queries for HR Policies/ processes
  • Spearhead customer satisfaction within the APAC team
  • Act as the key support ambassador in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure employee compliance to company policies and regulations
