About Our Client
A market leader in the travel and tourism industry.
You will lead the HR function across APAC. This is a full spectrum HR role where you will be responsible for talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organisational development and talent management.
Leading the team across several locations in APAC, you will have a dual reporting line to local HR and the APAC MD.
A highly visible and strategic role, you will be a key business partner to the APAC management team in aligning HR objectives with business goals and growth.
The Successful Applicant
The successful individual should have more than 10 years of HR experience, of which 3 to 5 years would be supporting senior management in APAC. You are a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast paced business environment. You have extensive experience in managing a diverse multicultural team across different countries.
