About Our Client
Our Client is a rapidly growing company headquartered in the Baltics. They are currently seeking to recruit a Head of People & Culture who will support the company in strengthening its strong market position in Europe and who will facilitate its further growth in Poland. The role will form part of local management team and cover all Human Resources aspects of the company. The Head of People & Culture will work closely with the Country Manager (Poland) and the Head of People & Culture (based in HQ).
Job Description
- Act as trusted advisor and transformation partner for a Country Manager & other leaders on complex people solutions in alignment with the business strategy
- Support ambitious company growth
- Provide strong leadership in Company becoming an attractive employer for current and future talents
- Support successful execution of HR strategy in the Business areas
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with business leaders and partner with other management team members to improve on current programs and initiatives, and where needed, develop and implement new programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy
- Support managers in leadership journey by consulting and coaching them
- Ensure local law requirements in place and act a company representative in local governmental institutions
- Oversees the effectiveness of human resources processes including C&B and payroll, recruitment & retention, workforce planning, employer branding, T&D and HR compliance
- Drive an organizational change and design by working with senior leaders to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions
- Strengthen HR Teams to deliver on ambitious business targets
- Follow new trends/practices and share insights with People & Culture community
The Successful Applicant
- Years of experience operating as an HR Director or similar senior position with a proven track record in meeting high standards in a demanding, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, preference in a big scale organization
- Experience in in building organizational strategies
- Successful track record in supporting dynamically growing companies in development of an organizational culture in commercially-focused firms
- The ability to handle complex situations, respectfully influence others and create strong trustworthy relationships across the organization
- Substantial experience in business partnering at leadership level
- Profound understanding of HR fundamentals - labor law, C&B, employee relations
- Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organization
- Ability to motivate and influence others without direct line authority
- Experience in successfully managing and developing teams on a various level
- Project management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Open and cross-culturally minded
- Good written and spoken English and Russian
