About Our Client
Our client is an international manufacturing company. Currently we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of HR Manager / Director. As the company significantly grew during last 2-3 years, the complexity of processes and diversity of teams is and will be much higher. Therefore, the HR function in the organization becoming one of top priorities for international management team.
Job Description
- Complete implementation and standardization of all HR processes
- Work directly with the management board and leaders of different business units in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects
- Ensure that all employees are fully aware of HR policies
- Develop further a well-organized HR processes and procedures
- Prepare the company for a new both local and an international projects with respect to new investments (greenfield or acquisition)
- Work closely with business leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training and development programs
- Act as the externally facing representative for HR for the organization
- Enforce best practice
- Continue bringing an HR voice to other teams in brand new manufacturing plant (second one)
The Successful Applicant
- Master's Degree in HR, Business or Management
- Experience operating as a HR Manager / Director with proven track record in meeting modern standards in international and manufacturing environment
- Success track record in supporting production companies in development of HR culture
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - Polish labor law, compensations & benefits processes, employee relations, learning and development, communication
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organisation to influence and coach other managers; experience in liaising with trade unions will be an advantage
- Good coaching and facilitation skills
- Strong abilities to build relationships with others
- Great organizational skills
- Open minded
- Fluency in Polish and very good command of English is a must
