Job Description

The HR Director will be responsible for building and leading the HR function for the Bali development, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to the local context. This role will serve as a strategic partner to project leadership and the group's headquarters, with future mobility across international projects.

  • Establish and lead the full HR function for the Bali project, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ to align local HR practices with global policies and strategic objectives.
  • Build and manage a local HR team, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and cultural best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures tailored to a hospitality and real estate environment.
  • Drive talent development, training, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Act as a cultural liaison between local teams and international stakeholders.
  • Support HR planning and execution for future projects in other global locations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or large-scale project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices; regional experience in Southeast Asia is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in cross-cultural, international settings.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and relocate for future global projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
