HR Director (Start Up)

About Our Client
The company is small, and newly formed. It has a superb backing, and is about to enter a period of fast growth.
This role will involve all aspects of HR, and will partner with an MD to set a culture and direction for the business.
You will heavily contribute to the business strategy, aligning that with HR priorities. You will set up, support and develop the European teams, as well as building a HR approach on rigorous analytics through the implementation of robust HR systems and processes.
This role will take responsibility for creating a high performance organisation with the best talent to support their fast growth plans.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates must have a background from a large Management Consultancy, and will ideally have moved into an in-house role subsequently. This could be their first step into a HRD role on a board, however we will look at experienced candidates from Consultancy, keen to take on an exciting project such as this.
Candidates should have an achievements based CV, with exceptionally strong business acumen and sense of commerciality.
Evidence of a background in employee engagement and implementing and leading employee performance programmes would be ideal.
