They are looking for a skilled HR professional to take on the role of HR Business Partner for their European Supply Chain division, contributing to strategic HR initiatives across various industrial sites. This role provides a unique opportunity for an experienced HR leader to drive transformation and strengthen labor relations within a dynamic and growing organization.Job DescriptionHR Operations & Logistics:Act as the HR Business Partner for the European Supply Chain division, supporting approximately 90-120 employees and collaborating closely with key stakeholders in Supply Chain.Implement HR processes, frameworks, and policies at both regional and local levels, coordinating with People Industrial Site Managers through a dotted line structure.Work alongside Supply Chain Leaders to develop the organizational structure for the Operations division.Lead HR aspects of transformation and restructuring projects at industrial sites, including organizational design, workforce adjustments, and social plans.Ensure alignment of HR practices and policies across all industrial sites.Workforce & Union Relations:Develop and execute the regional labor relations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and legal requirements.Manage social relationship frameworks at the European level, leading negotiations and discussions with works councils to secure agreements that meet both company interests and legal standards.Keep the Europe Executive Team and CHRO updated on agreements and conflict resolution, in coordination with National HR Managers.Stay informed on European labor laws, ensuring compliance across all countries of operation.Safety & Health Management:Design and oversee the safety and health management framework at the European level, ensuring appropriate local adaptations.Ensure the implementation of health and safety policies at all factories and offices, promoting employee wellness initiatives.The Successful ApplicantEducation: A university degree in Law, Labor Relations, HR, or a related field is required. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in HR management is highly desirable.Languages: A high level of English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
