Main objectives:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and cultureAct as an advisor and support function for management and staff, for all personnel related issuesWork with the key management team to influence and drive the organization's culture, values, and visionAct as a change manager and support the organization's growth by implementing and supporting change initiativesII. Main responsibilities and tasks:A. HR Strategy and GoalsCreating local HR strategies and goals, according to the human resources vision and objectives of headquarters and following up on their achievementDeveloping and implementing policies, programs and practices regarding human resources activities, such as planning, hiring, evaluating and developing the workforce of the companyOverseeing the elaboration of the HR Budget, and submitting it for approval; monitoring the budgets for personnel operations.As part of the local board, is involved at a strategical level and is offering full support on HR topics related to people strategy, people engagement, performance and developmentRevising internal rules and regulations related to personnel, based on the analysis of different relevant HR statistics and reportsB.
