Now, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Head of Human Resources Development (HRD) to join our team and help us drive our human capital strategy forward.

Job Description

My client is looking for a HR Director, part of the local management.
I. Main objectives:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and culture
  2. Act as an advisor and support function for management and staff, for all personnel related issues
  3. Work with the key management team to influence and drive the organization's culture, values, and vision
  4. Act as a change manager and support the organization's growth by implementing and supporting change initiatives
    II. Main responsibilities and tasks:
    A. HR Strategy and Goals
  5. Creating local HR strategies and goals, according to the human resources vision and objectives of headquarters and following up on their achievement
  6. Developing and implementing policies, programs and practices regarding human resources activities, such as planning, hiring, evaluating and developing the workforce of the company
  7. Overseeing the elaboration of the HR Budget, and submitting it for approval; monitoring the budgets for personnel operations.
  8. As part of the local board, is involved at a strategical level and is offering full support on HR topics related to people strategy, people engagement, performance and development
  9. Revising internal rules and regulations related to personnel, based on the analysis of different relevant HR statistics and reports
    B. Organisational development and change management
  10. Conducting organizational assessments (including organization's current structure, culture, systems, and processes), developing and implementing strategies to improve the organization's performance and the employees' engagement and
    skills

The Successful Applicant

  1. Education and experience:
  2. Experienced manager with extensive functional knowledge or comparable training.
  3. University Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Economics, Personnel Management or comparable are preferred.
  4. 5-10 years of professional experience in a similar position
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of modern HR management and organizational development methods
  6. Fluent English language skills and a reasonable willingness to travel are required
  7. Advanced PC skills, experience working with a HR software
  8. Experience in managing people and ability to adapt to a large team with a wide range of background and qualifications
  9. Proven organizational and leadership skills
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
