Job Description

  • Lead the transformation of HR strategy across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Drive change management initiatives and cultivate a high-performance, agile culture.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, competitive, and forward-thinking.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across business units.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a conglomerate or multi-business environment.
  • Prior experience working with a Thai conglomerate is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor law and corporate governance.
  • Adept in leading transformation, change management, and digital HR initiatives.
  • Confident communicator with the gravitas to influence at board level.
  • Thai nationality with excellent command of English.
